What exactly do you do?

Sometimes we don’t really know ourselves. No, joking aside! The focus of our daily work is on the development and operation of software applications with which we provide the industry of work platform and construction machinery rental companies or car dealerships, for example, with modern, digital tools to map previously complex, manual processes completely digitally.

Where does the name nexato come from?

Nexato as the combination of the English “next” and the Japanese “ato” (後, あと), which stands for “(there)after”, symbolizes our perspective on things in our name. We want more!

Why Fulda, Cologne, Stuttgart?

Marius and Marcus live in Cologne and Stuttgart. This is why two of our 3 current locations can be found in these major cities.
However, Fulda, as their common home, is the company headquarters in the heart of Germany

Why does nexato exist?

Why not? Nexato, like many other IT companies these days, has its origins in the thought “there’s a better way” and Marius’ courage to take on the associated challenges.

What language do you speak with each other in everyday life?

Our company language is currently German. But that shouldn’t stop you from applying to us. Our entire team can also communicate in English without any problems.

Do you all know each other personally?

Yes, even though our day-to-day work is primarily determined by digital communication, we come together as a team at regular intervals in one place. Here, the focus is also on personal interaction.

Is it possible to test your software first?

Yes, of course! We offer all interested parties a free trial month. So you can see for yourself whether nexcore/fleetstage is the right solution for you. Just write to us.

What are the technical requirements?

As we offer fleetstage and nexcore as cloud software, the technical requirements for the application are low. All you need is a PC/Mac with an up-to-date web browser and internet access. We currently offer our mobile application for iOS devices (Apple). Due to its practicality in daily use, the presentation of the app is optimized for smartphones – after all, everyone has them with them almost all the time. We provide documentation for connecting your own systems, e.g. via our REST API. However, if there are any technical challenges, we will be happy to help you.

Do you also offer training and courses?

Yes! In addition to our extensive and constantly growing knowledge bases for the respective products, in which many user questions are often already answered, we also offer individual training courses for our customers or special training courses.

How do I create a service ticket?

If you ever have any problems with our applications, you can find out what to do and how best to contact us in our Support Center.

Where can I get help using your apps?

The product pages for nexcore and fleetstage provide direct links to our Help Centers or the product’s knowledge base via menu. There we explain clearly how our applications work. If you have any further questions, you are welcome to use our chat on the product pages to get in touch with us directly.

If I have individual functions/extensions developed, do they belong to me?

It always depends on the conditions that we negotiate together. However, our focus is on the development of software, which we offer as services – also in cooperation. Do you have an idea? Share it with us!

What is the advantage of your technology stack?

We rely on modern technologies to develop software that offers you every opportunity to grow with a view to the future. In addition to system-independent web applications, this also includes apps for common smartphone operating systems and, last but not least, a state-of-the-art interface (REST API).

Who will take over the operation and further development?

That’s our job. And that’s exactly what our technology stack is designed for: we provide you with the software, including updates, and are also responsible for further development and general backups.

What happens to my data when I terminate the SaaS contract?

After termination of the contract, you will be given the opportunity to export your data completely. All data will then be securely and permanently deleted in accordance with our data protection guidelines.
