Terms and conditions of participation for sweepstakes of Nexato GmbH on social networks

1. In order to take part in the competition, participants must demonstrably/visibly carry out the steps or actions defined in the respective post.
2. All employees of Nexato GmbH and their relatives and dependents are excluded from participation.
3. Persons who are directly or indirectly responsible for checking, monitoring and administering the competition are also excluded from participation.
4. The following are also excluded from participation:
   • Commercial users and legal entities.
   • Users who use automated competition tools, bots or similar mechanisms.
5. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

1. The closing date for entries is stated in the respective competition post.
2. If no explicit date is specified, participation ends automatically 7 days after publication of the competition post on the respective platform.

1. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible participants.
2. Notification will be made by direct message on the social network on which the entry was made.
3. The organizer accepts no liability if the notification cannot be delivered due to technical problems or incorrect account settings.

1. The winner must reply within 7 days of notification in order to accept the prize.
2. If no reply is received or the prize is rejected, a replacement winner will be drawn at random.

1. The prize defined in the competition is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be converted into other services.
2. The organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement for the prize if it is not available for unforeseeable reasons.

1. The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
2. These include, in particular, technical problems, legal reasons or attempts at manipulation.

1. By taking part in the competition, participants agree that their data (name, contact information) will be used exclusively for the purposes of the competition.
2. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the implementation of the competition (e.g. shipping service providers).
3. Participants agree to the publication of their name and, if applicable, a profile picture on the organizer’s social media pages in the event of a win.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
